Was very pleased with my stay. The house was nice and clean, the bedrooms were nice and roomy, very comfortable beds.

We stayed here for a national baseball tournament and it was close to both Peoria fields and Surprise fields. The pool was refreshing. My daughter and I even went to the store and bought a float and played every day. The house was clean.I would have loved to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house in one of the bedrooms (outfit checks). We only had one issue while we were getting ready to check out, which was with the plumbing but John the host was very quick in responding.

This is a great property, but there pricing can change in 30 minutes.
I sent family the listing, they all agreed on the price. Because of the system, it went up 149$ per nite in 30 minutes.
It says it sleeps 9. Beware it only sleeps 8. WE called property manager John, 5 times, with no response. So we had to purchase, blow up mattress, sheets, blankets. There were only 6 towels, 2
washrags , for 9 people, for 5 days. After 4 phone calls, to the owner, they delivered towels the last day which was to late.
At $499 per nite, I would expect towels and beds for everyone.
I would not rent from this owner again.
