Living space is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We did not have a car so can’t comment on parking. Weather nice enough to use the roof top which has great views. Found the neighborhood quiet and felt very safe.Ballard is a short walk with a great farmers market (Sundays), numerous restaurants and a very nice brewery.

The apartment was clean and had more kitchen supplies and appliances than any rental we’ve stayed in. The place was great but the parking was a real hassle. We often had to park blocks away. I’ve stayed at several places in Ballard wi street parking but never had his much trouble. The place and host were wonderful.
