We had an excellent stay. There was an issue with the refrigerator but Sandpiper maintenance brought another refrigerator to get us through the rest of the week. Check out was effortless.

Sandpiper suited my family of 5 perfectly for our 4 day stay in Destin. The neighbors were really sweet and friendly… would def book again!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs upgrading. There was no coffee table as pictured, no placemats, coasters, bath mats, hairdryer. Screen door was broken and some electrical wall switches didn’t work. The freezer part of fridge did not work and the dryer stopped running after first load. Office staff was very attentive to the problems and called for outside help, but nothing was fixed before we left. We were comped for the inconveniences.

The one major complaint I had is the air conditioner in the unit didn’t work that well. It struggled badly to keep it cool. I do have some health issues, so it was a bit uncomfortable at times especially trying to sleep bc the a/c had trouble even keeping it at 70 with what we paid, it would’ve been nice to be able to be more comfortable. Other than that it was clean and nice.
