The staff were very responsive and friendly.
There is no smart tv in the rooms. I didnt release how long it can take to get into Venice. We missed one of our tours because we took nearly 90 mins to get there due to vaporettos being full.

Beautiful hotel, walking distance from train. Big comfortable room. Airconditioner that works. Great shower.awesome slippers to keep & wear.
Thought the breakfast was not good compared to all other hotels I’ve been to.

Nice option if you’re looking something affordable out of the center of Venice. Very easy to get to the town though by train.

Excellent location - right by the station to go to Venice or come from other locations in Italy
I think you’re paying for the location - during the high-season everything seems quite over-priced in Venice (in terms of cost vs quality) and this was no exception. It covered the basics, staff were friendly, but it wasn’t a comfortable / luxurious stay.
