Have stayed before. Fantastic home for our family of five.

Lovely property- we've stayed at this home before. But please note you will need to bring everything needed for cooking. Lots of cooking pots/pans, etc and cups/plates/dining utensils, but there is NO salt/pepper/cooking oil/spices, no napkins and only one roll paper towels. Keurig pod/12 cup drip maker but no coffee filters. There was a small liquid dish detergent, but only tiny hotel size soaps in bathrooms. Just 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 rolls TP. No laundry detergent. There are plenty of bath towels and clean bedding, but no throw blankets for any who get chilly in the A/C.No garage access - you'll need to BYO beach toys.I only mention this because we've stayed in many Old Florida Beach rentals over last 15 years, and haven't encountered this absence of basics before. We will definitely stay here again, but will pack an extra bag of the above.Hope this helps some of you save at Publix by packing some of these essentials.

Great! Lovely home, super clean. Beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Excellent check in/check out process and communication with property management company.

This is our 6th year in a row to rent a house in Old Florida Beach. Morrow Cottage was the 4th different house we have rented in this neighborhood. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We had to call Ocean Reef on the first day for ants and dirty bathrooms The manager sent the cleaning crew back over to clean these items while we were there, which was even more uncomfortable. The stairs and window sills were filthy also. I ended up just cleaning and disinfecting the property from top to bottom on my first day of “vacation.” I will definitely bring my family back to this neighborhood next year, but not this property. The correspondence of Ocean Reef is excellent, always very quick to respond to my emails prior to arrival so I was very surprised to find this cleanliness issue upon arrival.
