Great location, loved the public bath/onsen.

早餐非常豐盛美味，可能需要排隊一下，但是非常滿足！ 員工親切且專業，能迅速的幫忙解決問題。 大眾浴場吹風機是Dyson，還有乳液與頭髮保濕水等，溫泉泉質很好，肩、腿能得到很好的緩解，桑拿溫度很夠，整體非常滿意。 房間大小能接受，免治馬桶也有，超出這價格期望。 地點很方便，附近非常多美食、薄野站可步行抵達、旁邊有便利商店

地點附近有無料所等，感覺較為複雜，如果只有獨自女性，夜晚會擔心安全

房間乾淨、空間舒服、早餐超乎想像的豐富好吃，每樣食材都新鮮，迎賓冰淇淋也很好吃、大浴場乾淨明亮舒適、飯店的體驗活動也很棒，離貍小路逛街很方便，成吉思汗烤肉也在附近，回程搭機場巴士超方便，我們連住了四晚，非常喜歡以後來北海道一定要再來

Choices of breakfast are satiafactory

This was my 2nd hotel i yook at Hokkaido. Comparing to the other one, would suggest below to imptove the ovetall services. First is the TV. How can it is not a Smart TV for guests linking his mobile to the TV. Second, I am with my wife that the room size is not able to open two 21" luggages the same time. Third, location is far from Sapporo JR station. Last one, space for breakfast is too small that is crowded of guests closed to each others and between the bench for foods. And why still have to submit paper ticket instead just the room card. Lastly, the reception rejected my wife go into for breqkfast first and have yo wait for me together. How can a family all members be going to have breakfast the same time just wake up??!!!!!! It cannot be said as enjoying breakfast but hurry for complwting the breakfast. In another hotels, is relaxing while having breakfast but not the case at Vessel.
