Location is wonderful. Quiet and in a beautiful, well- kept neighborhood. Spacious living area and two bedrooms made a comfortable space for our group of 4 adults to spend time. Beds were comfortable and the balconies on the front would be really nice to enjoy the views on a summer day. Good parking on site.

Great location.
Apartment simple, not overcrowded with personal items.
Had what you needed there.
Strong sense that your host was there as needed.
Initial price was prohibitive, but dropped down.
