Location and size of that place are amazing! Easy to get in and out, walking distance to market square, park, gym grocery and everywhere else Uber or Botl are affordable and quick options.
Spacious badrooms and bathroom, well equipped kitchen, nice living and dinning area. I came back to this place again this year.
I'm sure it was an overlook, but there was no coffee in the kitchen. It would be nice to have at least some for the starter.

Nulla.
