Disappointing

Turned up to find bathroom window smashed and glass shards hanging out of it Called agent said being mended on Monday Not good enough should of been a temporary repair to make safe We had no notification of the broken window but the agent knew about it when I called to inform them No offer to come and make safe

Underwhelming stay

Nothing

We arrived with the welcome of an incorrect keycde, then we only had 2 rooms instead of 3, and were told we hadn't booked 3 rooms and when they realised we had booked 3 rooms were told the mishap was because we had booked 4 people and they thought we were 2 couples! We were further insulted by faeces in an unflushed toilet. Pipework in the bathroom was covered in dust and debris. The kitchen pans had food remnants in them There was muck behind the kitchen bin And despite all this there was a sign in the kitchen saying "please keep clean". The couch was dirty The chairs at the dining table were weak to the point of not wanting to sit on them incase they broke. The dining table was scratched and marked, there were table mats if you can call them that as some had holes in and they were filthy. The bannisters were sticky There were stains on carpets The mattresses and duvets were stained The mattresses were very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs and it became more and more uncomfortable to the point we could not sleep. We were very very pleased to leave

8 / 10Excellent·août 2022

It was close to town and had everything we needed like cutlery to cook with and when I queried about a hairdryer the owners delivered one straight away.

The shower was very weak at first but the owners came and fixed it.

8 / 10Excellent·avr. 2022

plenty of space & clean & tidy with some unexpected but welcomed additional items - tea, coffee, biscuits

there were some mouldy areas around the shower screen & in the bathroom in those fiddly hard to reach areas. There were also some ants.
