We loved our stay at this beach house! We will definitely be back next time we come to LBI. Pros: close to beach ( on the same street as beach) ample parking, comfortable beds, great air conditioning that worked well, great water pressure in the indoor and outdoor shower, ample seating for a family of 6 at the dinner table and outdoors at the picnic table. We liked that the entire house was ours and there were no people above or below us, since we have kids that don’t know how to walk gently. I loved the extras like the beach chairs that were available for guests to use! Cons: maybe update the pillows in the home. We had a great family vacation and hope to be back again.

We had a lovely week stay at this beach house. Great location- easy walk to the beach. Take my contacts out do you want anything from?

We loved our stay here at this cozy and perfect cottage. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, kid activities and shopping. The cottage had everything we needed (including beach chairs and umbrella!) Especially loved the front porch to have coffee on in the morning and relax after the beach. We hope to return again!

This property was everything we could have hoped for. Besides being immaculately clean, it was almost perfectly located in the Ship Bottom section of LBI. The beach was on one end of the block, and shops and restaurants on the other. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive with the one small issue we had. We would absolutely stay here again, and can't recommend it highly enough.
