The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. It could do with a bit of a spruce up in the bathrooms, but they were still clean and useable. Communication with Miquel was great and he was always available if needed. We had a great week and would definitely book again.

Location fabulous on beach front the beach is amazingly clean sea so warm , great for families underground parking a bonus Flat has nostalgic charm very clean but could be time for updating the bathrooms especially however everything worked ok , small hot water tank for 5 people , we were for warned We did have a note from The Community about leaving a little bit of sand outside flats front door … it’s quite hard to keep all the sand down on the beach !! All in all lovely time had by all

We loved our stay in Alcudia. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was perfect. The ohitos ate accurate. It is hard to beat its location. The underground parking was very helpful, but be aware that the spots are tight. The kitchen had all we needed and the balcony was certainly the highlight. Communication with the manager was easy and he was very responsive. The unit is up a few flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues that may be a concern. For Alcudia, we found the best restaurants are in old town. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is superb and the view from the living area is simply breath-taking. Very Clean, comfortable and outstanding location with nice surroundings. Being able to step onto the beach from the apartment is a luxury. Katy & Miquel gave the best service and made us feel really welcome. We will definitely return, which is the biggest recommendation we can give! All the best Daniel & Indira from sweden
