WiFi wasn’t able to connect after the ground floor. But wasn’t really a problem..

Lovely old house full of character but well modernised. Boarded patio with brilliant views and lots of butterflies on the bushes below.

Lack of a helicopter pad to get an oldie with a gammy leg up the slope and steps. On second thoughts the noise would be intolerable. It was well flagged on the description so no complaints there.

The cottage is well set up for a family with each couple having an en suite bathroom. The views from the veranda are stunning.

It was awkward parking in the main car park although the permits were appreciated. It was a fairly long walk from there as you have to cross the railway line and we had to move to the short stay car park to unload and pack up the car to return home. We actually needed 3 permits as we brought 3 cars and it was mostly impossible to park on Church Street, it was always busy and mostly double yellow lines all along. Only a few spaces outside the shops. Difficult too with a baby as we had to carry pram and baby separately up the steps. However, we managed and otherwise it was great.

Great location and just what we wanted for our stay was clean and loads of room
