Coquina Beach est un petit complexe familial avec seulement 40 unités sur Middle Gulf Drive. Situé dans le bâtiment le plus proche de la plage, l'unité 1H se trouve à quelques pas des belles plages de Sanibel. 1H est un condo au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur, pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 7 personnes, avec 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain et une mezzanine avec 2 lits jumeaux. Profitez du plein air sur votre véranda privée à l’intérieur ou à l’intérieur, le propriétaire vous proposant de nombreux équipements pour rendre votre séjour plus confortable. Le propriétaire met à votre disposition 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, un lecteur Blu-ray, une connexion Wi-Fi, 2 vélos et du matériel de plage. Les installations du complexe Coquina Beach comprennent: des barbecues au gaz, des courts de tennis et une piscine chauffée. * Remarque: 1 seule place de stationnement par unité. Il s'agit d'une unité au 2e étage sans ascenseur. *

Loved being steps away from the ocean and the pool was great!!! The condo was cute. A little disappointed in the cleanliness, couch was very dirty, curtains in living room were hanging down on one side,stain on wall in kitchen,looked like juice or wine, and some of the dishes were dirty. Unit did come with beach chairs and umbrellas. Only one umbrella was usable and on the smaller side. Even with these complaints,love coming to Sanibel. Always a wonderful time and hard to go home. Probably wouldn't stay at this particular unit again.
