Communication was amazing, and the apartment was gorgeous and spacious--and had a/c which was very important for hot Spanish afternoons. It was the perfect location to so many good restaurants and walking distance (15 mins max) to everything we wanted to see/do. 10/10

We stayed in 4 different cities on our trip to Spain and Seville was our last stop. When I booked this place from the pictures I didn't think much of the it. I was just looking for functionality. However, when we arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The building had and old European charm to it and that carried over into the apartment itself, with modern upgrades. The place was clean, in a very good area, with lots of Spainish charm. The people were great to deal with and out of all the places we stayed this turned out to be the best. For the price, this place will be tough to beat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great location in Sevilla. Pictures are accurate and the unit is very clean, modern, and well-appointed. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent.
One thing to note: The courtyard is quite noisy and echoes if there are people speaking loudly in the common area or dogs are barking, so be prepared for this.
