Great location with excellent service. Sandy took care for everything we asked for and even more, arranged pickup, transfers, day trips, breakfast and everything on time with great hospitality and kindness, perfect :)

This is an ideal boutique hotel in the old town, on the high part away from the noise. It also has easy access as cars can park nearby. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful, especially the manager and Sandy, who went out of her way to help. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Service by Mr. Wang Yang was excellent!
Poor access to the location as it is deep inside ancient city. Taxi drivers were also not aware of its location.
