The position and wildlife
The outside bathroom for the second bedroom which was upstairs

Location, facilities, view and surroundings.
Very good for doggies as well as they can scroll around the property.
Just be mindful that the driveway is steep (a lot) and it has a hard turn so consider that when organising your trip.

The house had a really lovely, chilled atmosphere, a really lovely space. Beds were very very comfortable. A walk to Lobster beach is will worth it if you can manage the steps! Catching the ferry service to Palm Beach or over to Ettalong Beach is also a very good idea! But staying put, relaxing, reading, enjoying the air flow & bird song is worth the stay!
We noted that there was no real direct access to the water and/or any close amenities outside of the Wagstaffe post office. Also note that you need to bring everything in as the closest general store is a drive away.
