Maison ‘Casa Leon ‘ de 125 m2, avec piscine privée, quartier résidentiel très prisé, jardin 400 m2, grande terrasse ombragée et terrasse au 1er étage avec vue mer. Trois accès à la mer très proches dont un à côté de la maison à 2 minutes à pied et plage à 5 minutes à pied. Commerces très proches à pied (5 minutes). Centre historique de Cuitadella à 5 minutes en voiture. Beaucoup de promenades et sites à découvrir.
Rez de chaussée : cuisine américaine, séjour, 2 chambres avec grands placards, 1 salle de bain et WC.
Au 1er étage : 1 chambre, dressing, salle d'eau et WC.
Equipement : climatisation dans les 3 chambres, Wifi, four, frigo, congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso, bouilloire, machine à laver, table et fer à repasser, télévision, sèche cheveux, lit pliant pour bébé, salon de jardin en teck, barbecue, 6 bains de soleil, parasol et douche extérieure.

We (40 yr old female with my husband, sister and mother) stayed here for a week and we loved EVERY second of trip! The upstairs master suite was perfect and the balcony is such a gorgeous view!!! The pool and backyard was such a lovely place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet but easy to walk to get a small supermarket. The best part of this location is Cala en Brut!!!! It is legit 2 min walk and just such a lovely spot to jump and swim around each day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! Communication with host was excellent and she was so helpful with many of my Menorca-related questions!

The villa is light and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor area is lovely and a real pleasure to occupy. It's situated just a short walk from a fantastic swimming spot. There's a very friendly little shop just round the corner and it was easy to park outside. Veronique was quick to respond to any queries we had and the check-in process was smooth. We had a great holiday. Thank you.

My wife and me have been there with two kids in the age of 15. We all enjoyed the beautiful house, the modern pool, the nice garden, and the area around. From the terrace at the first floor we loved the view on the Mediterranean Sea in the morning. The house and the kitchen is very well equipped. Much more than we need. Once we grilled lamb on big gas-grill to perfection. On the other evenings we visited very good restaurants in the area, or in Ciutadella, just 10 minutes away by car, and also in other regions on the island. The first beach is just 5 minutes to walk, another Insta-Spot for swimming is just 10 minutes away. But there are much more beautiful beaches just 20-30 minutes away. From the man, who welcomes us and who shows as the house, we got great recommendations for sightseeing, beaches and restaurants. He was always on our disposal if necessary.
