Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort est une escapade tranquille situ����������e sur le côté tranquille de Panama City Beach, en Floride. Située au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante, le paradis tropical englobe 18 acres avec 350 pieds d'eaux ��meraude et plages de sable blanc et sucre. Une qualité unique de cette station est notre accès priv�� à la plage piétonne. Le passage souterrain est un tunnel bien éclairé sous l'autoroute panoramique 98 qui mène à notre grand gazebo et promenade. Les équipements complets comprennent: courts de tennis, courts métrages, 2 piscines (une pour les plus petits), une aire de jeux, une maison club qui comprend: une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une table de ping-pong et une table de billard. Chaque unité dispose de cuisines entièrement ��quipées, de patios privés, de plafonds voûtés et de sa propre vue sur le golfe du Mexique.

Everything was just perfect. The unit is beautiful with all the comforts of home & then some. Quite & all the guests are friendly. The grounds are beautiful & the private beach is perfect. The staff are pleasant & very attentive. I can’t say enough about Sunnyside ’s a slice of paradise.

Overall the unit was clean and functional. This unit has new owners so there was a delay with check-in. While I understand it is the owner's right to use their condo at that leisure, I find it unprofessional to check out the day you have renters coming in.We had to wait 3 hours with our one-year-old in the car while the unit was being cleaned. The unit is across from the pool. That's a big plus. The kitchen is fully stocked for use. However the beds are very uncomfortable and one-bedroom had a tv with no remote to work it. Not a bad unit but not great either. I will not rent it again. Sunnyside as a whole is great but I would not rent this unit.
