A beautiful spot on the hill overlooking the valley. The rooms were artistically decorated and the wine was excellent. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Beautiful surroundings on the terrace of the restaurant, excellent familly-produced orange wine, very friendly staff and excellent menu! Warmly recommended for anyone who wishes to explore the frontier between Italy and Slovenia, its wines, intertwined histories and friendships.

Good location, wine and food

We were really looking forward to our stay but the hosts were all quite unfriendly (boarding on rude ) which took a lot of enjoyment out of it, as it made the atmosphere quite strange. We felt they would maybe only turn it on with people they were keen to impress.
