Spacious, bright and air conditionned, this apartment offers plenty of space for 6 guests. It has a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a canvas shade. The residence is situated only a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket, bars and shops.This gated, guarded residence is secure for children.
The apartment is situated on 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has two single beds (80 x 200). Bedroom 2 has two singles (90 x200). The living room has an excellent sofa bed (140 x 190). Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space. The living room is tastefully furnished and has a Smart TV. Well equipped kitchen with fun oven, microwave, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine etc. The bathroom has a shower and WC with an additional WC in the entrance hall.During your stay, you will have use of the underground private garage and free high speed wifi.
The communal swimming pool has plenty of space around it to lie out in the sun or in the shaded or grassy area. The pool usually opens by 15 June.
There are 2 pools. A small shallow toddlers pool and a very large pool.
The gardens are very pleasant and there is a boules pitch close to the pool area.
Residence Juan Flore is ideally situated for visiting La Côte d'Azur. A car is not strictly necessary as there is good bus and train service in the area.The coastal towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo are easy to reach. There are a wide range of beautiful Provençal villages such as Saint Paul de Vence, Eze and Gourdon.
In high season, there are plenty of activities, concerts and firework displays to entertain all the family.If you are looking for a lazy holiday, you have a choice of private and public sandy beaches only a short walk away.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday. Sally was a great host and answered any questions we had promptly before we arrived.
The apartment is clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It has great air conditioning! The balcony has a lovely view of the gardens and the pool and you can see the sea from one side of the balcony. There are some games and DVD’s for the kids.
The pool is brilliant! Very large and clean. The lifeguard does not allow large inflatables but pool noodles and a small ball are fine. There are no sun loungers by the pool.
The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and Juan Le Pins is about a 15 minute walk. There is also a bus which goes to the centre and Juan Le Pins and Antibes. There are supermarkets 3 mins away from the apartment.
The location, the complex and apartment were fantastic for our family and we hope to return.

Appartement impeccable dans une très belle copropriété.
L'appartement est bien agencé et est bien équipé
La piscine est très grande mais pas très fun (interdiction de sauter, de jouer au ballon et aux enfants de moins de 4 ans pour le grand bassin et il n'y a pas de chaise pour s'allonger)
Plage et supermarché à 5 min à pied
Place de parking en sous sol incluse ce qui est bien pratique
A 20 min à pied du centre ville de Juan
