Cozy Condo location is everything - Walk to Beach, Coligny and Celebration Park.
Condo récemment mis à jour, en face de la place Coligny et à 1,5 pâté de maisons de la plage. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de HHI et avons acheté notre première place et rénové en 2017/2018. Nous aimons venir ici pour une escapade avec nos amis ou avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Nous avons travaillé dur pour faire de cet endroit une résidence secondaire confortable et accueillante. Cela a été fait avec amour et j'espère que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous ici comme chez nous!
Points forts: Un très grand lit king dans la chambre principale ainsi que 2 lits doubles dans la deuxième chambre. La salle de bain a été refaite avec une douche à l'italienne. Parfait pour se doucher soi-même, pour vos enfants ou pour ceux d’entre nous qui sommes plus âgés et qui ne se débrouillent pas aussi bien avec les douches avec baignoire.
Voyager avec votre famille? Nous avons ce dont vous avez besoin. Jeux, jouets, pack n 'play et une chaise haute d'appoint.
Des ventilateurs de box sont disponibles pour vous aussi.

Very comfortable condo! It was very close to the grocery store ( across the street), shops, restaurants and 2 blocks from the beach! The only things I would recommend are: Tupperware containers for fruit and/ snacks for the beach, more drinking glasses and maybe a DVD player. Also, more shower storage for soaps, hair products, etc... Wish we could stay longer : )

Great location and price! The cleaning staff seemed to of cleaned in a hurry bathroom had hair in the sink and on the walls which we had to clean and there was a lolly pop stuck in the closet.

We had a great time here. The location is walkable to the beach, Caligny plaza, a huge playground... we barely needed the car at all! Much appreciated a regular table with 4 chairs so we could eat together with the kids. The kitchen and bathroom look to have been recently renovated and everything was clean. Would be happy to stay here again!

Overall the beds and stay was comfortable for our small family. We did not receive check in instructions beforehand until we were heading to the condo and I had to directly contact the property manager. First impression is that the condo smelt like mildew, covered up with air fresheners. the place is need in upgrades with walls and ceiling that are peeling/ stained, as well as watermarks. There wasn’t enough supplies left , only one garbage bag and a couple rolls of toilet papers and one paper towel. There were no beach towels just very small shower towels. A few of the pans were left dirty and coffee grounds was still in the pot. Overall the cleaning could have been better. Outside the pool was not cleaned, water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool was soundly and around the pool it garbage filled up , the landscaping wasn’t up kept because there was leaves all over the pool. We have stayed in the same condo complex last year so we were surprised to see the grounds so dirty.
