We’ve stayed in the same resort for the last 5 years different units but over all is a beautiful place, the pool is amazing and is so close to the beach, this time it was the fist time that I need help with my booking and the owner and host helped me a lot, the communication is absolutely amazing with the owner, next years for sure we’ll stay in the same place

Lovely 7th floor balcony with a nice ocean view. Very communicative hosts. Perfect to walk down to the beach with lots of activities/restaurants close by. Shuttle service worked great to go over to Bay side of Sandestin.

We stayed for a short spring break trip. Sheri was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! The condo was not as clean as I would have wished. There were some dirty dishes that we had to clean before using and looking closer into some of the linens, they were stained and somewhat gross (specifically the curtains and bed skirt). There was one sponge to wash dishes but was clearly used along with no dish soap to use the sponge with. Other than the slight inconveniences of uncleanliness, we had a great time! The location was great, the amenities were great and the walk to the beach was not far at all. It was in the mid 50s for the majority of our stay but the pool was heated giving us something to do on the days it was too cold for the beach! The restaurants around this area were great and even with it being spring break, we never had to wait!
