The property was beautiful, clean, modern, and very well maintained. The location was excellent and made it really convenient to explore Kyoto, with easy access to transportation. The room was comfortable. Highly recommended!
There honestly wasn’t much to dislike. Everything was well organized and comfortable. If anything, having a little more space for luggage would have been a nice addition, but overall it was a great stay.

Everything was top notch, super clean, organized, bright and very spacious for japan. Location is super, 2 mints from metro and all the facilities ,7-8 mints from mall and building is super clean with common kitchen and kitchen in room.
Nothing was bad

The proximity to Kyoto station and surrounding entertainment made this a good place to stay if you enjoy more activities
We were directly above the smoking room so there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The washers do not have a dry cycle so we had to pay for the coin dryers to wash our clothes
