The proximity to the downtown, plants in the yard, all the basic facilities

Very good budget option in Batumi! Nice room with AC, comfortable bed and private clean bathroom. There’s a shared balcony where you can relax and a shared kitchen with fridge. Wi-Fi was ok
A bit far from center but if you like to walk it’s ok. 2km or 15-20min walk to the main road
Kitchen could be cleaner.
There was a dog screaming all day (and night) long in the back yard (poor guy)

It's a nice room, right next to the kitchen with a big window and a big bed.
The room was crawling with ants. It was hard to sleep because they even crawled over the bed. I didn't say anything because, despite what booking.com says, the staff here do not speak English.
