Comfortable beds
Very helpful staff who went above and beyond, allowed us to check in after our 4am flight arrival with efficiency and stored our bags safely for the day while we explored the city
A little expensive for the facilities but does the job

Great location, free washing machine service. I had arranged early check in with owner and the staff helped us with that.
Easy access to airport or other parts of Singapore and lots of great food places around.
It would be better if Hotel sold small packets of washing powder as well
The toilet has a constant drip
The shower is over the toilet which means the entire washroom is wet but no squeegy to wipe the floor so floor is always wet
The floor had lots of what looked like white animal hair everywhere - not sure why…

Bed was comfortable
Very basic and dated. Pictures of rooms are deceiving. We only used it as a layover which was ok as it was just used for us to get a night sleep. It is in an old residential area with a lot of eating facilities. The shower did not stay up and was over the toilet.
