Location location location. Everything was great. The apartment is on Vitosha bvd. There were all the equipments we needed including iron and a hair dryer. The apartment is big enough for 5 people. The 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms was a big benefit

The furnitures in the living room are old including the carpet and the sofa.

Large apartment. 3 toilets. located on the Vitosha promenade.

Could update some of the kitchen utensils e.g there is now strainer for pasta.

Cleaning in general was okay but if you look good there were lots of points to improve. Very small pillows could be improved

Location, lift.

Dirty carpet, smelly kitchen towel. Apartment definitely needs renovation/refreshing, at least a carpet cleaning. There are no mosquito nets and it’s very difficult to refresh the air in the apt without something flying inside. Amenities were dated, quite uncomfortable for a longer stay. Sofa in the living room is broken, door handles need changing because you can’t be sure whether you’ll be able to unlock the door once you lock yourself inside the bathroom. Has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all separated and had to move from one bedroom to the other just to go to the toilet or wash hands. Washing machine is below the sink in the kitchen and utensils are kept in a separate closet away from the kitchen which makes little sense if you’re actually going to use this kitchen. Has a Nespresso machine, but the free coffee provided as a gesture was pretty horrible.
