Location was great, walking distance to city centre and shops. Check-in was easy, lovely staff, replied toy request for early checkin but we ended up being late anyway because of the heatwave and even let us cheout later. We had no neighbour which was good no noises around. Location is also opposite a park and few minutes walk to the Quay which was great as we were out for run & walks 2days during our stay. Kitchen facilities complete, there space for parking if you have car.

Only 1 toilet for a 3 bedroom. 3 beds + 1 sofa bed for our group of 6 this was great until we discovered only 1 toilet in the house, there were 2 showers, 1 extra sink at the attick room but only 1 toilet for large group was not good. There was no mention of this on the description, but was kind of led on to believe there were 2 because it says 2 shower, which I think should be highlighted in the future. It just so happen that we stayed here during heat wave (38-40degC) it was really hot especially in the attic room, so we weren’t able to use that room at all. Maybe something to think about when booking during summer. We did ask on the day if there are any fan but unfortunately they don’t have any (maybe if we requested ahead of time they could’ve been provided). Bins outside were full.

Communication was great from the hosts. Easy check in and check out. Good location had everything we needed.

A gem of a house, everything you need for a stay was there. Well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and also table and chairs in courtyard.

Not really a problem just a preference, mattress on beds were too soft for our liking.

Proximity to the city centre and Quay. Parking.

Sofa and beds were not very comfortable. "Garden" is where the washing machine and tumble dryer are. Garden furniture broken with fungus growing on it. No toilet in en suite. With the old washing machine at the front, the quality and overall impression is more of a student house rather than holiday accommodation. Provided with two small bath towels and one hand towel, no tea towel, or dish cloth. Write up says help yourself to breakfast but nothing provided. Not impressed with the bribe for giving a 5 star review.
