Bel appartement récemment rénové, avec air conditionné, situé à 100 mètres de la station de métro Cipro. La gare ferroviaire Valle Aurelia et un nouveau centre commercial "Aura" se trouvent à proximité. Vous pouvez rejoindre les musées du Vatican et St. Pierre à 10 min à pied. Le quartier est calme, sûr et bien approvisionné avec des aménagements.
L'appartement dispose de deux grandes chambres, une salle de bains, une cuisine, une salle et un balcon avec vue sur le Vatican.
Les deux chambres ont 32 pouces LED TV et wifi gratuit est disponible dans tout l'appartement.
La cuisine avec plaque à induction est équipée de lave-vaisselle, congélateur, chauffe-eau, grille-pain, micro-ondes et de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner et se restaurer. A disposition complète il y a l'eau, thé et café sélections.
L'appartement est situé dans un excellent quartier de Rome, central et bien desservi. Les services offerts sont nombreux: à moins de 100 mètres il y a deux supermarchés (Carrefour et Conad), un kiosque à journaux, deux banques, des bars.

Lors de l'enregistrement, comme dans tout autre lieu à Rome vous réservez à, doit être payé la taxe de séjour (3,5 Euros par personne et par jour pour les 10 premiers jours).

Really enjoyed this place. Clean. Great to use as a base for seeing Rome, outside city center. Three short blocks to metro, downhill in case that's a factor. Walking distance to the Vatican. Small lift to second floor (third floor U.S.), good for a couple of people, or 1 with some bags. Stairs are wide. AC wall units in both bedrooms. Small fridge but a grocery store is in back side of the block. No ice trays but you can grab some at the housewares store near the north end of the metro station. ATM a few blocks uphill, but that bank charges 5 Euro for withdrawing on a US card. Don't believe Google about the bank that was by the metro. It's been gone at least six months as of this writing. Shutters can be lowered with the straps on the wall next to the window. Took us a day to figure out but the sunlight probably helped with jetlag. When the shutters are down, you'll have no idea the hour. Large bed is listed as a king and is at least equal to a US queen, if not bigger. The two small beds are true singles, a US twin is larger. They'll sleep adults as long as you don't flop around too much as we used them for adults. Didn't check out the pull-out sofa. Loved the bed pillows.TV in each bedroom, with 100 Italian channels. Saw the PS3, I think it is, but didn't check it out. Bathroom has shower stall, great water pressure. Washer-only unit in bathroomOnly downside possible is if you want a central seating area to talk for hours. Would use again as base.

My family and I stayed at this great apartment in Rome for our summer vacation in July 2025. We are two teens and two adults and were very comfortable in the spacious and well equipped unit. The apartment is conveniently located near metro and the neighbourhood is very walkable and with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to serve all of our needs. Maryna was very helpful during our stay and check in was simple and very accommodating of our late arrival. Would highly recommend!

Maryna was amazing and responsive and helpful. The property was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The owner provided amenities that were much appreciated and made the stay better. I would highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone wanting to stay in Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment! Communication with Maryna was always prompt and there were no issues when our flights were delayed repeatedly with the check in process. Location was perfect and right by the metro. Our kids loved having their own beds and plenty of space. There is a small elevator but the apartment was easy to access with steps. We would definitely recommend this location for families visiting Rome.
