the CONSERVATORY is very charming and well positioned!
Grand appartement de concept ouvert avec beaucoup de lumière. Pour 6 personnes: 1 chambre séparée avec lit queen et salle de bain privée. La cuisine, dans le principal espace de vie, séparés par un rideau il y a un lit queen et un canapé qui ouvre sur un lit queen ou deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bains. Cuisine, salle à manger pour 10 personnes et un salon avec canapé et télévision. Apt est dans une luxueuse communauté fermée, avec un droit de jardin partagé sur le canal de Cannaregio. Facile d'accès au bus de l'eau et de la gare.
L'appartement est sur un étage: Le jardin d'hiver est un choix idéal pour les couples et les familles, il est très confortable pour 6 personnes et bénéficie d'un jardin commun où vous pourrez vous détendre à l'arrière par la tournée Vénitiens.
Et « situé au rez-de-chaussée avec entrée privée et une belle cour commune avec une margelle, l'appartement entier de 95 mètres carrés est éclairé par des puits de lumière qui le rendent unique et très ensoleillé.
Il se compose de: salon avec salle à manger et une cuisine bien équipée, une grande chambre avec un lit double, un lit canapé-lit, grande télévision, salle de bains privative avec douche et dressing, une deuxième chambre avec un lit double, une armoire et une salle de bains privative avec douche .

This location was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage kids). It is close to the train station but out of the way of much of the tourist traffic. There are numerous restaurants close by and the location on the canal is picturesque. Cristina and family were excellent hosts and we would not hesitate to return.

Heerlijk appartement, geweldige ligging. Het appartement heeft airco, is volledig uitgerust (handdoeken, keukenapparatuur, maar ook bijvoorbeeld olie/zout/koffie en shampoo/doucheschuim), heeft goede wifi en 2 fijne badkamers. Het ligt het centraal: verschillende boten vertrekken op 1 a 2 minuten loopafstand, het treinstation is ongeveer 8 minuten lopen. Supermarkt bevindt zich op ongeveer 5 minuten lopen.

I gave this property 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Cristina is very nice but her communication was poor. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, and check out at 11am. The day before we were to arrive, she sent an email asking if we could hold off until 6 to check in. We emailed back that day and said we weren’t sure exactly when we would arrive since we were driving to Venice, but it would probably be around 5pm. She never replied and we ended up arriving at 6pm anyway because of traffic but there was no answer when we rang the doorbell. Our group of 4 waited until 6:30 before asking next door for their help in contacting her. Cristina’s daughter then showed up and let us in. She didn’t know much about the apartment or how things worked but Cristina showed up the next morning saying that her car had broken down.
We stayed for 3 nights and on the morning of check out Cristina emailed and asked if we could be out an hour early because the cleaning maid was coming over at 10. We said that we were planning to be out by 11am as we couldn’t board our cruise until noon. The maid showed up at 10 anyway (with an attitude) as we were getting ready for the day; awkward to say the least!
The apt is listed as a 2 bedroom but the second “bedroom” is really the living area without any doors, just curtains that separate the room from the kitchen/dining area. The place is clean and modern and ideally located, but we wouldn’t stay there again with four adults as it’s much more suitable for family living.
