Clean, hospitable staff, great cappachino!
It’s not that I did not like it I missed seeing on the description that the room was on the third floor. I was happy I could navigate the stairs with my luggage as there was there no elevator. And I am an older gal.

The location was great central. The room was nice spacious with separate shower and toilet.
Lots of stairs with no lift. No kettle in the room. The breakfast was very basic. A disappointment for our expectations to eat at a well known patisserie.

We loved the cafe downstairs!! The location was perfect. The service for the hotel was outstanding. The woman who checked us in was very cordial and Max carried our bags and was delightful.
The decker on our bed was soiled and the shower had black mold. I got a stuffy nose in the night because I am allergic to mold and mildew. It cleared up when I departed. My Aunt’s room had a dirty toilet. Overall the size of the rooms was not comfortable for us.
