I booked the two apartments to share with my adult children. It was very nice to have separate spaces yet attached. Plenty of room for 6 adults . We cooked our breakfast lunch and had snacks. Did not cook a full dinner, mostly picked up pizza or went out. Lots of great options for food within walking distance. Having a washing machine for laundry was a great bonus. Loved sitting out on the bigger balcony. All the doors have codes so there was no need to carry keys which was very convenient with so many adults. The access to the beach was close and we went to the beach almost daily. They provided a couple chairs umbrellas and toys for the toddlers.

The one bedroom apartment was very roomy with a sitting area and kitchen plus bigger balcony. The two bedroom only had a small kitchen with a smaller balcony. If you were only renting the two bedroom it might feel tighter? We just shared both areas and it was perfect.

Location was great to beach restaurants bus terminal

Their policy is that you only have access to laundry if you are staying 7 days or else they would charge £15 to use the washing machine!! Tv remote didn’t work I assume it may need battery replacing?

Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem, świetna lokalizacja blisko morza (niezwykle istotna kwestia w kontekście samej Pescary), bardzo dobre wyposażenie apartamentu, w tym - jak się okazało bardzo przydatny - parasol na plażę, rozkładane krzesełka czy piłka. Jest to warte odnotowania, ponieważ ceny leżaków na wybrzeżu zaczynają się od 30 EUR za dzień, więc pozwoliło to nam nieco oszczędzić. --- Excellent communication with the host, a great location close to the sea (which is particularly important when staying in Pescara itself) and a very well-equipped apartment. The beach umbrella, folding chairs and ball provided turned out to be especially useful. This is worth mentioning, as sun lounger rentals along the coast start at EUR 30 per day, so these amenities helped us save some money.

Brakowało mi kieliszków do wina na wyposażeniu ;) --- I did miss having wine glasses in the apartment, though ;)
