Old town in Split and Żnjan beach is in walking distance. There are few big shops nearby - Lidl, Tommy. Kitchen is fully equipped. Good enough WiFi. Quite big private parking spot under building.
There was only one pair of keys so unless you are traveling with kids who are always around this will be something you have to constantly think about.
