NICE DUPLEX DS CHALET IN THE CENTER OF MAGNIFICENT AV CHAMONIX MONT BLANC ON
CHALET familial situé au CENTRE DE CHAMONIX à 100 mètres des zones piétonnes, 150 mètres des transports bus qui desservent tous les domaines skiables. 150 mètres du départ du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi (vallée blanche) Endroit calme sans vis à vis direct avec une vue panoramique sur le Mont Blanc et les montagnes de la vallée. Parking privé clôt pour 2 voitures. Jardin l'été avec table chaises et barbecue. Du chalet vous pouvez tout faire à pied: ski et après ski, cinéma restaurant shopping etc...Le DUPLEX EST AU 2eme et dernier étage du CHALET. Il possède un balcon. Il a été entièrement rénové, est d'un grand confort et possède une décoration raffinée - Je suis née à Chamonix ou j'ai passée mon enfance j'y reviens encore à chaque saison d'été et d'hiver. Ce duplex est ma résidence secondaire. Chamonix est une station unique, la station des premiers jeux olympiques En cas de crise sanitaire je m'engage à rembourser les clients

We had a great week staying here. The location is excellent, very central and close to everything. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in beautiful Chamonix.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is very central and convenient for shops and restaurants, but set back from the main streets. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented this place for one month. We needed a large place as our daughters and their families would also be joining us. We found the place very clean upon our arrival. We needed a crib for one of our grandchildren and the owner had arranged for a crib to be installed prior to our arrival. There was one double bed; all of the others were single beds but were comfortable.
The location of the chalet in Chamonix Sud is excellent as it permits you to walk to pretty much any part of town. You really only need a car if you are going to other parts of the valley. The property does have outdoor parking which is very convenient. Also, our kids were able to take advantage of the yard. The chalet is far enough removed from the main streets so it was relatively quiet plus the sound of the river that passes by within 30 yards of the house also aided in sleeping.
The rental is for the floor of the top balcony that you see in the picture. It has a loft above that has a full bathroom and four beds and foldout couch. However, the loft is just below the roof which slants down. As a result, several of the beds are only a foot or two below the roof. My wife and I bumped our heads on the ceiling and beams several times the first few days before we learned to watch out above. If you use the loft during the summer, use the overhead windows to help with the heat and ventilation.
The bedrooms are small. Two of them have closets with hanging space. The others have some storage space
