Cette maison accepte également les animaux domestiques et à côté se trouve la maison sœur de Goose Bay, A Summer Place (10 personnes), qui offre un emplacement idéal pour les groupes familiaux ou les réunions.

It was fine. I built the house and am the ex owner. We thought linens were included. They were in packages on the bed. My guests stayed here. I stayed in the house I own next door, A Summer Place. Goose Bay had some cleanliness issues on the way in but they were resolved. Everyone had a great time.

The location and house are great. The furniture needs to be upgraded, especially the kitchen table and the outdoor furniture on the screened-in porch and front porch. The front porch also needs paint.

This is such a nice rental. It's open and airy. The owners have Gussied up the screen porch which is a welcome improvement. Two comments: 1. there were many tiny red ants in the kitchen which got into anything that wasn't tightly sealed (especially the garbage); 2. while the screen room was in better shape the seating was not, in previous years there was comfortable seating for 3-4 but this past visit there was only comfortable seating for 1.

The decks all need work; very easy to get a sliver from the very worn and warped boards. Three t.v.’s in the house, upstairs, but none worked because Dish subscription had not been renewed. Dishwasher broken, furniture outdated, worn, and filthy. Black fungus/mold in showers. The whole place needs an overhaul. Overall very unhappy with this rental and will not rent it again.
