Very friendly owner and was extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. You can see the rock from the backyard. Great place!

- One room was very smelly, the WIFI wasn’t working, the air condition did the job but could be stronger.
+ The rooms were private, facing a garden. The owner was kind and drove us to the Sigiriya Lions Rock for our sunrise hike for free.
