Un bâtiment nouvellement construit au cœur du quartier historique de Capitol Hill. Les grands restaurants, le US Capitol Building, le métro, les musées et les épiceries sont tous accessibles à pied. Une maison de transport originale de 1900 a été transformée en un bâtiment moderne avec une grande cuisine avec îlot, une terrasse sur le toit, une laveuse / sécheuse et d'autres équipements modernes - le tout dans une cour de quartier calme et soudée. Cet emplacement est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires ou les petites familles.
À onze pâtés de maisons du Capitole, le bâtiment moderne réaménagé a été conçu par un architecte local et achevé en juin 2017. Ceci est un nouveau joyau dans un quartier historique.
L'unité A est un appartement d'une chambre / une salle de bain au premier étage. Un lit queen est dans la chambre. Le canapé du salon s'ouvre sur un lit double.
La cuisine complète offre un grand espace de comptoir et des sièges pour quatre sur l'île. Une table à manger supplémentaire peut accueillir quatre personnes.
Le salon confortable dispose d'une télévision connectée de 55 pouces avec accès Internet et Wii.
Vous aurez accès à la terrasse commune sur le toit. Il y a un canapé et des chaises sur le toit ainsi qu'une table pour les repas.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting DC. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very clean. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay, always quick to respond and support anything we needed. We especially loved the spacious kitchen, which was fully equipped and perfect for cooking after grocery shopping nearby. The apartment also had convenient parking, great amenities, clean bathrooms, and excellent water pressure.The location was amazing too, very close to both the subway and grocery stores, which made getting around DC really easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The property owner is very prompt to provide answers to any questions. The property is located in a great neighborhood in the alley between beautiful row houses. CVS is just around the corner, Trader Joes, and great restaurants are within walking distance. It is a lovely home and it was very comfortable for our family of four. We did not have access to any outdoor spaces as described but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing host, very accommodating, and a perfect, peaceful location to unwind after a busy day on The Hill. Will be staying again for sure next time in the area. Highly recommend.

The property has great potential. But as far as being a top property currently it lacked. Needs a deep clean, towels dingy and dirty, linens not fresh. Not sure if owner is aware but toilet has a leak or something wrong internally. Property overall felt like someone was living in it previous to our stay and it showed. Not a fresh smell in unit. No rag to wash or scrub dishes or one extra roll of tp. Need more window treatments in main space (walker bys could look in which was uncomfortable at times). Definitely needs to pay attention to detail to make it a nice stay for guest. I apologize being somewhat critical but as mentioned if some of these things were corrected and stayed consistant it would be a nice stay.
