Great sleeping layout and the beds were so comfortable. It's really nice having separate sinks, toilet, and shower as there were 3 of us staying there. Great location. Very quiet.

I could have used a proper chair with a backrest to sit in after a long day walking all over Tokyo. The night light in the bunk couldn't be turned off at night which was annoying.

Clean. Room is good for a family with kids only.

Future guests must aware 1. This is a small apartment with six rooms only, and this is NOT a hotel. There is a reception but no one is there to manage, all communicated by message via booking.com. 2. It states that they have luggage storage service, however this is not a properly luggage storage. When we contacted the property manager about the luggage storage, we were informed to put the luggages and bags at the ground floor behind the reception which is an open area. Also they clearly stated that they are a manless facility/hotel in the message, they are not able to store the bags or luggages for us in the rooms. They do not take any responsibility for our own belongings when left it there. 3. Not a great choice for 4 or 5 adults, since there is only a single shower / toilet only. 4. Not a proper hotel standard room service, as there is no bottle water provided, no tea bags or coffee in the hotel room, and had to go to the common area for these services. 5. No towel change service provided. If you wanted to change towels, there was a additional charge for the towels and bed sheets.
