3003 Cameron Blvd est à seulement un pâté de maisons de l'océan, à seulement 4 minutes à pied. Cette maison unique en son genre a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter dans une retraite de plage! 6 chambres, 5 salles de bain (3 complètes / 2 partielles), un beau grand porche et une piscine privée avec un patio spacieux. Quand il fait nuit, amenez le groupe à l'intérieur et profitez du bar et de la table de ping-pong dans le garage. Cette unité de plan d'étage inversé a une cuisine personnalisée au niveau supérieur avec une cuisinière à gaz. Admirez la vue sur l'océan depuis le porche sur le toit (accès depuis le porche du deuxième étage).
Ascenseur avec accès au niveau du sol. Laveuse / sécheuse et draps inclus. L'extérieur comprend un gril à gaz, cour clôturée, terrasse couverte, douche extérieure avec eau chaude et piscine privée. We rented this for our annual family beach week and we were very pleased with this house. The property was very clean on arrival; the check in process was simple. The house was one block from the beach access which made it very easy to get kids/equipment to and from the beach. It was 2 blocks from the IOP recreation department and we enjoyed the large playground that was partially in the shade in the morning. Very easy for everyone to bike to the playground. This is a great area for a family vacation - there's so much to do or you can just do nothing! This house has a lovely pool area and handy outdoor shower plus hand held faucet to rinse off all the beach sand! The upstairs porch area was comfortable and often had a nice breeze. We spent many hours out there. The living room area also had comfortable couches and chairs that met our needs as a larger group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies - it wasn't a large kitchen but we knew that from the photos. The second refrigerator in the garage area was appreciated for beverages - there was only so much room in the side-by-side refrigerator in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were more spacious than other rentals we've had in previous years. We had a very memorable week!

This house was absolutely perfect for us!! I’m extremely picky about places to stay as far as cleanliness and enough comfy seating in the living area, enjoyable outside areas, comfortable beds and spacious rooms! This house had it all! The check in process was extremely smooth and the house was spotless when we arrived! There were 12 of us including 7 adults and 5 children ages 11, 8, 4, 4 and 2 and we had plenty of room! The screened porch off of the den was an hit and there was room for us all! The elevator was a lifesaver for luggage. There are several little “nooks” if someone wants to get away to read or have a few minutes alone. The master closet could easily house an infant in a pack-n-play! The eating area was large. The cooking area was pretty tight but everything else made up for that! The pool was a GREAT size with an attached shallow area for the littles! We were told it couldn’t be heated but it was so that was a great surprise! The backyard and patio are very spacious unlike a lot of beach homes with pools. We took 2 golf carts The ONLY thing I would suggest is that if you have very small children, bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs that is attached to the main living area. It made us really nervous since we had a 2 year old.

The house is in an awesome location and is a great layout so everyone has their space. The yard and pool are nice and there is privacy from the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and there are a number of chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for a day at the beach. However, the house needs some serious TLC. Seemed as if it has been rented back to back without having a deep (needed) cleaning. Also, some mattresses are worn and need replacement. The pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and there was a bikini bathing suit top at the bottom of the pool and a pair of false eyelashes on the patio next to the pool. Some of the pots and pans needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky. The burners on the outdoor grill need replacement. We were also surprised that some bathrooms had no toilet paper and some were missing hand towels. And carpeting in bedrooms could use some steam cleaning. With some needed TLC this would be an awesome beach vacation home and we would recommend it. (NOTE: We did contact the rental company the morning after we arrived about the pool and they did send the pool company over to clean it. We did not contact the realty company on all our concerns as we were there only three days.)
