Mise à jour 10e étage condo - unité de front de mer! La vue magnifique sur le golfe! Mise à jour à l'automne 2015 ... Tout nouveau plancher, nouveau canapé, une table basse, des tables d'extrémité, table à manger et chaises, nouvel ensemble de chambre et toute nouvelle literie!

Station balnéaire Pelican est l'une des stations les plus populaires pour séjourner à Destin ~ la destination familiale par excellence.
Idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les activités telles que: Parc Big Kahuna eau (dans la rue) situé à proximité de nombreux restaurants sympathiques famille: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, et plus encore! Les magasins de détail, Silver Sands Shopping Mall sortie, et les salles de cinéma.
Une chambre / deux salles de bain golfe unité avant surface habitable 873 m². Ft. nouveau canapé-lit dans le salon. Après avoir fait votre chemin dans l'unité - vous remarquerez les eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique à partir de votre balcon privé qui offre une vue plein sud.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, avec salle de bain privée. Couchettes encastrés dans la salle permettent de dormir pour la foule plus jeune, et un lit queen dans le salon.
Cuisine fonctionnelle entièrement, avec la gamme pleine grandeur, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, et un mélangeur. Accès Internet sans fil, télévision avec lecteur DVD. Entièrement approvisionné avec des draps et serviettes.

This condo had everything we needed and was the perfect place for our stay. It was very clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely with a beach theme. My kids enjoyed both the bunk beds and the pull out sofa bed. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we loved watching and listening to the ocean. The condo was well stocked with towels, cookware, and trash bags. This was the best vacation we’ve had and the condo played a part in that.

This was my husband, our four kids, and my first trip to Destin, and it exceeded every expectation! We drove 10 hours to spend a week in paradise, and it was worth every mile. We usually vacation in Gulf Shores, but this year we decided to spend a little extra for Destin’s beautiful blue water, and we’re so glad we did.The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and perfect for our family. We loved the hallway bunk beds, updated appliances, and having our own bathroom separate from the kids. The resort was amazing with three pools that never felt crowded, and the beach always had plenty of room to relax and swim. The wristbands were a great safety feature, and we felt comfortable letting our older teenagers walk to the pool or across the parking lot to Alvin’s.The balcony view was exactly why I booked this condo. Every morning I enjoyed coffee while listening to the waves before sunrise. Being just steps from the beach made this trip unforgettable. We stayed over the Fourth of July and had front-row seats to the fireworks right from the resort! The water was crystal clear, calm, and absolutely beautiful all week.Laura was a wonderful host, checking on us throughout our stay and making sure everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both this condo and Pelican Beach Resort!

Absolutely perfect stay! This was one of the most relaxing family vacations we’ve ever had. Being right on the beach was incredible — waking up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing was pure perfection. The property felt very safe, family friendly, and welcoming the entire time.The condo was beautifully laid out and extremely comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, and the king bed was heavenly — the first vacation where I didn’t wake up with back pain. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were such a nice touch.We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in during the day and the storms move across the water in the evenings. Another favorite detail was the collection of beach-themed kids books ready for bedtime each night. The two laundry hampers also made beach laundry surprisingly easy!The beach setup was fantastic. We rented umbrella/chairs for one day and it was well worth it. The rinse-off shower area between the beach and pool was also a must-have feature with kids.Laura was amazing to work with — incredibly quick with communication and full of great restaurant recommendations that our whole family loved.Our trip was the perfect mix of beach days, Big Kahuna Water Park, visiting the Pensacola Naval Air Museum and Lighthouse, and relaxing by the pool. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

This was a great place to stay. It was a wonderful view of the beach and had great access to it. It also had wonderful amenities and was close to everything you’d want to experience in Destin. I highly recommend this condo. We had a great time.
