The single room was small, but perfectly comfortable, very clean and neat - perfect for a 2 night/ weekend stay, with everything you need, even a hairdryer and laundry machine. The neighbourhood was quiet, and it is within walking distance of the lovely Piazza dei Cavalli and the town centre. The area seemed very safe. It was so easy to arrange the check-in/-out as well.
One thing to note was that the rooms are not super soundproof, but it was not too disturbing. There is also only one small window in the room, and my personal preference is to have a lot of light and air in the room.
