Excellent location, smelled very clean, provided more than the essentials.

This was one of the best places we stayed in San Juan. The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate five people, with extra beds available.
The bathroom was well equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. They also provided thoughtful extras like a coffee machine, coffee powder, and water bottles.
The house was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great attention to detail.

Easy access to all areas and places. Very cozy. Very equipped. Thank you for all the extras! Beach chairs, cooler, towels, toiletries. We would reserve again.
The mattress and bed sheets need an update; I battled with my husband over the sheets. They were not big enough. The bathroom door needs to be replaced. It gets stuck.

Spacious
Thousands of ants in the kitchen it's a realy problem; the window of the bedroom asn't glasses so we sleep in a very noisy room due to a old AC near. In the last day the host send a list of penalties for several maters ( This must be done in the conditions in the moment of booking) never in your last day?
