Cette charmante ancienne grange a été récemment mis à jour et est désormais un espace très confortable pour une famille de quatre, ou ceux qui cherchent un environnement isolé seulement deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Nevada City. Situé sur une pleine acres boisé, la grange dispose de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable; un grand réfrigérateur et 4 feux gaz, lave-vaisselle, et nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs. Le sol a été récemment mis à jour, et la salle de bain a une grande cabine pierre douche avec portes en verre et le matériel de concepteur. Tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine, la literie et les serviettes de 600 fils au pouce Restauration Hardware, nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec Direct TV, un poêle à bois / cheminée, et un grand bain à remous. La grange est une suite de deux chambres et dispose d'une grande chambre avec une nouvelle queen-size Beautyrest matelas de lit, et aussi un grand confortable divan-lit queen-size dans le salon. Il ya aussi un grand espace sur place, un parking très important car il est presque impossible de se garer en ville pendant tout des événements très populaires de Nevada City.

We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Nevada City area. The cottage was incredibly quaint, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. We especially appreciated the high-quality organic toiletries—a small touch that made the stay feel even more special.One of our favorite parts was relaxing in the hot tub after long days of hiking and exploring the beautiful South Yuba area. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were genuinely kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.The location couldn't have been better. It was tucked away in a peaceful, secluded setting, yet only a short walk to the charm of historic downtown Nevada City. We loved being able to enjoy the quiet while still having easy access to restaurants and shops. It was also an excellent home base for exploring the area, with Edwards Crossing Bridge, emerald swimming holes, scenic hiking trails, and historic mining sites all within about a 20–25 minute drive.A truly relaxing and memorable stay—we'd happily return.

We had such a great stay! Everything was exactly as described, which we really appreciated. The barn was clean, cozy, and had such a unique charm. It made for a really relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’d definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed in the Barn for six nights in June. It's a great spot easily walkable to downtown Nevada City, and the space is modern, comfortable, and quiet. The host was also very responsive. The wifi was not very strong, so I'm not sure if it would work well if you need to do a bunch of zoom calls or other things that require a lot of bandwidth. But that was my only complaint and otherwise everything was great. Would recommend!

We rented out the Barn + the Garden Studio for a project in the area. Graham the property manager was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the process – even as we arrived to a black out in the County, he set us up and made us feel safe, and at home immediately. It was an absolute pleasure spending time here. Walking distance from town, if you need anything. I'd stay here again anytime I am visiting Nevada City or Grass Valley.
