La propriété est une unité 2BR, 2 salles de bain dans un bâtiment de 4 plex. J'ai une unité, l'unité de niveau inférieur sur le côté «B» du bâtiment est le côté ouest. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur. Télévision par câble avec TV supplémentaire dans la chambre principale et TV à écran plat dans le salon.
Lorsque vous arrivez (voir photo), ce bâtiment ressemble à une grande maison, mais il s'agit en fait de 4 unités, l'unité sur les photos se trouve dans la moitié droite du bâtiment (ouest) lorsque vous conduisez, unité de niveau inférieur. Le bâtiment est construit sur pilotis pour l'élever au-dessus de la dune afin que chaque unité ait une vue magnifique. Cette unité est au premier niveau.
Superbes vues sur la plage privée et l'eau. Il s'agit d'une location du samedi au samedi.
Pour réserver et obtenir les dates que vous souhaitez, vous devrez réserver tôt, cette propriété réservera rapidement pour la saison.
C'est un endroit extrêmement populaire avec une plage privée et votre propre préposé à la plage, à qui vous pouvez louer du matériel de plage.

Ocean Air 30A is our favorite place to stay on the gulf, it is located on 30A in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. Over the last 10 years we've stayed in two of the five units that are available, LW & LE. We love that we can just walk out and down the stairs to a private beach, and it has chair service. The owners and managers are great to work with and the units are super clean and safe. This year we arrived to find that the owners had completely renovated the units, all new fixtures, finishes, furniture and appliances, WOW is this place gorgeous! We've already booked for next year! I highly recommend Ocean Air 30A!

I can not say enough about the beautiful beach view and easy beach access. Parking was also very convenient! We did have issues with our water heater, air condition and found a couple of bugs but Sea Grove rental agency was very easy to work with and quickly had those matters taken care of. The condo could have been a lot cleaner. We found food and a lot of sand under all furniture and dirt in corners of all the bathrooms. The kitchen was not stocked very well with cooking pot/pans (the ones that were there were very rusted). Overall the location made up for all of the negatives and we had a great time :)!
