Appartement rénové à neuf par architecte et architecte d'intérieur
Magnifique vue mer. 1er étage.
Cet appartement est moi l'aboutissement d'un rêve " avoir la vue sur la mer "
Nous le louons mais nous l'avons fait pour nous et nous l'avons fait à notre image car nous comptons y passer des week end et nous nous réservons des semaines en famille avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants 7 ans et 4 ans.
Ils peuvent jouer sur la plage et nous les voyons de l'appartement.
Accès mer directement par la résidence.
Jardin japonais privatif pour la résidence.
2 chambres avec rangement. Vue mer des deux chambres Décoration de standing. Canapé fait sur mesure. Cuisine faite par un cuisiniste.
Appartement parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples.
Possibilité de couchage dans le salon avec lit de 200 x 200 fait sur mesure.
Salle de bain avec douche italienne
Cuisine avec plancha.

This place is terrific! We have adored the view and adventure both directions on the beach. Throwing the big windows open and watching all the activity on the see is a fabulous. Getting here was just fine. The cooktop is a little sophisticated for this old guy but I used to chat GPT to figure out how to operate it. If you like to watch the sunrise, you could never find a better place than this.

The location of the apartment is great, 10/15 minute taxi ride from the airport or train station. Short easy walk to the market/marina/shops and restaurants. And the beach could not be closer! The beach is clean and lovely sand, perfect for sunbathing and walking.
Very clean and comfortable apartment, air conditioning a great bonus.
We missed a few things, firstly there was no loo roll when we arrived, perhaps an oversight but an essential item! Towels and serving bowls just adequate and it would have been nice if there had been beach chairs etc available.
So overall a great apartment but needs some extras to deserve 5 stars.

The host is very nice and helpful. After my booking he immediately called me to clarify all necessary things (eg access, what to expect and how everything works). In addition he gave some good tips for dining out. I highly recommend our host and would book again if I am around. Thanks a lot

Great apartment with many amenities, updates and comfort.
The only issue was the constant noise from a neighbor who was renovating
