Heart of MB, steps to the beach, garage and bikes
2bdrm / 2bath condo, situé à moins d'un pâté de maisons de l'océan et un bloc et demi de Sail Bay dans le nord de Mission Beach. Un mile exactement de Belmont Park, le plongeon et la vague. Le salon dispose d'une belle cheminée de gaz à puce de verre. La chambre du bas a un lit queen, et il y a une reine canapé-lit dans le salon avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de marque nouvelle. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez un grand loft semi-fermé avec un lit queen-size, un coin salon et un grand téléviseur à écran plat pivotant à 90 degrés du mur. Vous trouverez également un petit coin avec un lit gigogne (deux lits simples) et une porte qui mène à un petit balcon avec un coup d'oeil de l'océan. Hauteur de plafond dans la zone de lit gigogne est d'environ 5 pieds il est donc préférable pour les enfants. Chaque étage dispose d'une salle de bains, une salle de bain complète / douche en bas et un verre de douche de plain-pied à l'étage. Maximum 6 personnes y compris les enfants. Ce joli appartement de deux étages comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée, câble Internet haut débit avec le WiFi, trois téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble et DVD, les appels téléphoniques nationaux illimités. Un barbecue électrique est sur le balcon par la porte d'entrée. planche de surf, parasols, serviettes de plage, jouets de sable pour les enfants et quatre vélos Beach Cruiser partagées à explorer la communauté de plage après vous garez votre véhicule dans l'une garage partagé 2. Buanderie et le port de voiture supplémentaire pour une petite voiture compacte.

We had a wonderful family vacation here and are giving this property 5 stars because, for our priorities, it was exactly what we needed.The location is fantastic. Being just steps from Mission Beach made it easy to enjoy the beach without worrying about parking. The other highlight was the large, open living/dining area. The oversized table became the center of our vacation, where we gathered every evening to eat, play games, and spend time together.That said, future guests should know what they're booking. The condo is very dated and feels like it hasn't been updated in decades. The cabinets, finishes, and décor are straight out of the '90s, so don't expect a modern or upscale rental.The garage is also extremely tight, and the alley is narrow. We drove a Ford Explorer and only fit because the neighboring renters had a smaller SUV. Larger vehicles could have a difficult or impossible time.Finally, the grill was disappointing. It's a very small electric grill outside the front door with no nearby outlet, so we had to run an extension cord from inside.Overall, we genuinely loved our stay because of the unbeatable location and the great family gathering space. If those are your priorities, you'll likely enjoy it too. Just come with realistic expectations—you're paying for the location, not updated finishes or luxury accommodations.

Nice place and good communication with management. Parking is tight in the garage, if your renting an SUV, it wont fit. Would stay again.

Location was a ideal (unless you want to see the beach from the Unit). Cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Large unit with one proper bedroom (with a door) and a loft (which is open to everything in the unit). Everything was quirky and dated but clean for the most part. The trundle bed was broken and it was amazing to us that someone made the bed and didn’t report the repair (we did). Communication with host was a bit tedious. They called several times prior to arrival which felt unnecessary. Note: even if you book on VRBO you have to do everything (even pay balances etc) on their platform. All of the codes to doors, lock etc are intermingled throughout the arrival document which make referencing the codes not ideal. The arrival doc will only be available exactly at the check-in time (or at least that’s what the rep said on the phone but it didn’t arrive til 30 mins after we could have checked in and only after we called repeatedly and messaged at the check in time). The checkout list will make you question if they have a cleaning service. The bikes were a great perk, however one was broken thankfully there were 3 working bikes and 3 of us.

We had to have plumbers come in and correct drain issues. We were not able to use sinks, shower for several hours
I requested a 1 hour later check out and they let me know it would be $20 additional.
In my opinion that was poor judgement and if anyone should be reimbursed for inconvenience it should be me. It was a nice place though.
