We have been traveling to Franklin for several years to visit family. We stay at different places depending on the length of stay and location. This apartment is the end of our search. This is the one that, if available, will be our home away from home from now on. Prefect location, prefect host and prefect comfort for us. We loved that you could walk to downtown. The Logans are like family already. Easy to talk to and so helpful. The floor plan of the apartment was so comfortable for the 2 of us. I even had plenty of room to do yoga. Everything was in the book that needed explanations. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Comfortable chairs and nice large TV for watching the World Cup! Everything we needed in the kitchen for fueling ourselves. Tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes, porches and landscaping. We’ll be back!

The Logan Loft could not be more lovely! It is the perfect getaway. Finely appointed, with a focus on their guests. Every detail and feature is thoughtfully presented with nothing let to chance. Deen and David are excellent hosts and charming individuals their kindness and caring is evident throughout the spacious loft. Both are available, if needed, however, due to the meticulous preparation it is doubtful you’ll need them. I will return to visit and stay again. What a blessing.

Conveniently located and extremely cozy! The Logan's are so kind and are easy to get in touch with. There is a great info binder with restaurant suggestions, etc which was helpful during the first few days of my stay. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The loft was clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The hosts were wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and set up for a perfect visit.
