Ce deuxième étage, 2 chambres, 1 villa de bain est situé sur le parcours de golf Continental. Sortez sur votre balcon pour une vue spectaculaire sur le golf et la montagne Camelback. Ceci est une villa de premier ordre dans un emplacement de premier ordre à Scottsdale.
Ce condo luxueux est livré avec toutes les commodités! Les nouvelles mises à jour comprennent les carreaux de travertin, le nouveau tapis dans les chambres, les nouvelles fenêtres et la nouvelle porte-fenêtre coulissante. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et des armoires en merisier. De plus, il est entièrement équipé avec cafetière, grille-pain, ustensiles, casseroles, poêles, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour vraiment relaxant!
Le salon spacieux a des plafonds voûtés avec puits de lumière, une télévision à écran plat LCD 42 ", un lecteur DVD pour votre plus grand plaisir. Chaque chambre a un miroir / commode et un lit California King size avec des draps - la chambre principale a une télévision LCD 32 '. La salle de bain dispose de comptoirs en granit avec douche carrelée. Il y a une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal dans l'unité pour votre usage.
La communauté Sunscape est magnifiquement aménagée avec 2 piscines chauffées (dont une située à quelques pas du condo), un centre de fitness, un théâtre et une salle de yoga.
C'est un bon endroit! Vous êtes juste sur le terrain de golf continental et à distance de marche des galeries d'art de renommée mondiale, de la formation printanière des Giants de San Francisco, des fabuleux restaurants gastronomiques et des centres commerciaux. Vous pouvez également profiter des 28 miles de sentiers de marche / vélo.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed. The unit is at the back of the complex, so very little road noise. Great view of the golf course.Pools are clean and warm. Complex has a mix of retirees and working age. Everyone we met was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our 8 week stay. The unit was very clean and well-supplied with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Everything worked! Appliances were more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Location was very quiet. Really enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the 9th fairway. Made me feel better about my game.
Nice mile walk into Old Town Scottsdale. Public library on the way and the library store had great books for 50 cents. Civic plaza, by the library was very relaxing and has one of the best restaurants in the area right on the plaza (AZ88). Even closer walk to Scottsdale Stadium. Saw some spring training workouts by the Giants.
Saturday morning farmer's market in Old Town a must, and part of the nice walk.
Host was very responsive and made our visit very easy.
It's an older property, but the unit itself is just fine. Update projects will be coming to the overall complex over the next few years, but that won't impede your stay.
Truly worth considering.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 weeks in Oct/Nov. It's a basic older condo what is well looked after, has quality furniture and very comfortable beds and nice shower. It has a million dollar view of Camelback Mountain and the golf course from the balcony with loads of natural light. The complex has 2 heated pools with hot tubs and a well equipped gym. Covered parking spot is close by. The condo is well managed and Scott answers any questions or concerns in a timely manor. The location is close to everything you need with the heart of old town Scottsdale a 20 min walk away. Scottsdale Stadium where the San Francisco Giants play spring training is a 15 min walk. Miles of paved Bike/ walking paths are basically out the front door. We also found the complex to be safe anytime of the day.
We have absolutely no regrets staying in this condo and plan on coming back next year. Thanks Scott.

Before I start this review I have to say that Scott is a very responsible owner/host who reacted speedily without question to resolve the issues we encountered on arrival & during our stay which was for 7 weeks.
As for the property, although it is very spacious the furnishings are not in good condition and I can only rate it as 3 star because of the following –
The kitchen needs re-modelling. The stove/oven, coffee machine, toaster etc are old and in need of replacement, none of the cupboard doors shut properly and the sink & faucet need replacing.
The bathroom also needs re-modelling – the tiling is worn & discoloured and the fittings are broken.
The pool towels and bath/hand towels and tea towels are in poor condition and definitely need replacing.
There are no blackout drapes in the bedrooms just slat blinds.
All in all the property appears tired in general and needs a complete update.
Interestingly, though, Scott did show us his other unit here which was to a much higher standard and one that we would have happily rented.
