val was great to work with made everything go smoothly. our room was perfect. we were close to everything including dining , shopping , and the beach. you do not need a car, everything is walking distance . This is our third year in south beach and we already know we will be contacting val to book for next year. the perfect stay

Although the room was clean when we got there, we were a little disappointed to see that the room was quite small. The images portrayed a much larger space but we were all in the same room just divided by a wall divider. There was a coffee pot and a couple of other things, but you needed to go buy your own sugar and coffee and coffee filters, etc. It did not come with much. We had a partial view to the ocean. If you really look over your balcony, you can see the water. The rooftop was probably the best part but a reminder that it is actually at another building location two doors down. The rooftop pool and bar are not part of your building.
