Charming and beautifully decorated classic beach house with extra amenities. We loved it and hope to visit again.

Very attentive host who always makes us feel right at home! We love having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the dolphins go by. The kitchen is always fully stocked with all the pots, pans, mixing bowls, and any utensils you would need. We love the two new chairs added in the tv room and the extra flexible seating. We did miss the countertop ice maker but made due with bags of ice. Also very happy that the two twin beds in the upstairs have been fixed to support the weight of adults. Several members of our family always bring fishing poles down and enjoy use of the dock every year. Young adults love the pool and spent lots of time on the pickleball courts. They also enjoyed taking the kayaks out and parents and grandparents appreciate that life vest were provided for use. We love old salt, it feels like our own place after so many years of visiting. We were traveling with 1 small dog, a 1 year old and 8 adults for 1 daughter graduation from FSU. The host confirmed the people coming and when we got there she had a cute little doggie set up ready and a high chair for our granddaughter. The property was perfect, the view was extraordinary. We are thrilled and will be back! It was an easy 1 hour drive from FSU to the house and we were so happy with everything about it!

This property had a ton of rustic charm and offers a lot of space. The upstairs is listed as two bedrooms, but it is actually a large open space separated by a bathroom. It works well for a family with children if needing to hear all that is taking place 😂. Other bedrooms are very small, but cute. There is a wrap around porch that is lovely too! We enjoyed how close the house was to the water on both sides. The sound side has an amazing dock to fish from. I do not recommend it for those not sure footed, as it extends far out to the water without railing. Our greatest hiccup for the weak was the air condition. It did not function our last two full days and it was HOT! Owner was on her way to install new ones. Closest shopping is about 15 min away at Dollar General.
