Pretty much as advertised. First floor unit facing 1st tee on golf course. The larger couch and master BR mattress and springs are showing their age. Unit is newly renovated, but the couch and bed are not new.

We definitely enjoyed the time in Bonita Bay
The pool, spa, bike paths were wonderful and using the shuttle to go the beach was easy.
Location of Condo and the view was great.

Very nice lower floor unit in Bonita Bay. Overlooks golf course. Large corner lanai for comfortable seating outside. One king bed, which was comfortable; second bedroom twin beds. Loads of towels, washer, dryer worked perfect, All appliances in good working order; had what we needed in kitchen to cook meals. Manager easy to get in touch with, helped with tv remote within the hour of our arrival. Unit very convenient in location to shopping, food stores and entertainment. Had a lovely vacation here.

Nice unit in good area but could use more help with things like beach towels.
